I wasn’t always running multiple businesses, coaching powerhouse women, and living a life that actually felt like mine.

I was burnt out. Checking all the boxes. Leading a school as a Vice Principal… and quietly spiralling inside. I had the degrees, the titles, the outward “success”—but behind the scenes? I was tired, disconnected, and craving something more.

So I did what most people don’t. I walked away from the career I built to follow the voice that said, “There has to be a better way.”

Now? I help women do the same.

I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and used to wrestle—so yes, I’m strong enough to hold you and your vision.

My love language is a good flip chart (hello, teacher life).

I used to hate mornings… now I teach a morning routine course that’s changed thousands of lives (mine included).

I used to be a workaholic who wore stress like a badge of honor—now I build everything around freedom first.

My business model used to be “give everything away for free.” Now? I’ve replaced my old salary (and then some)—by owning my worth and teaching other women to do the same.

I’m a big kid at heart, love to have fun, and never take myself too seriously (business can be fun and wildly successful).
